Don't have to go somewhere else first to be able to go where God wants
  - He'll take you from where you are

3 points: for you & church:
  - commit yourself - to present circumstances (v.4-6)
  - seek the blessing of wider community (v.7-8)
  - seek the Lord's plan for our own life
